- SMITH & WARREN has announced the creation of a new DEALER COMMUNICATIONS
department. The sole responsibility of this department will be to improve
communications between the SMITH & WARREN factory and authorized dealers.
To manage this department SMITH & WARREN has hired Robert Ridzik. Robert
Ridzik has over 25 years experience in sales and service. His experience
ranges from managing high volume inbound call centers in the financial industry
to sales management in the aeronautics industry.
Robert Ridzik is excited about working with Smith & Warren and looks
forward to meeting both Smith & Warren dealers and loyal customers.
